A Wild Game Dinner is a rustic and flavourful culinary experience, celebrating the rich, bold flavours of game meat sourced from the wilderness. Guests are treated to a menu featuring an array of exotic meats such as an Antipasto with Duck Prosciutto and Quail. Multi-course dinner including Pheasant Soup, Rabbit Ragu with Elk Meatballs, Venison Stew, Buffalo Cacciatore, Smelts and Rainbow Trout.
